Great article! Nice summary of how an idea is born. It's not born in a vaccuum. Had Einstein been born at a different time, he would not have been able to come up with the theories he did.

This is also why you often find different people developing similar theories or inventions at around the same time. The building blocks of knowledge are there. They just pick them up and arrange them in the right way.
