I seriously don't get this woke stuff. Culture is not a "thing". Just like I don't get all this "war on Christmas" stuff, I don't get this woke "cultural appropriation" stuff.
Anyways, if you click on the photographer of that pic then you will see that her name is Tania Medina. Big clue right there. This means the photographer is Hispanic. Medina is a common last name among people with Spanish heritage and comes from the Arabic word for "city".
If you go into her profile and look at her pics, then you will see that some of her pics are of a woman that is mixed race black. And that's exactly the one that is wearing the clothing you refer to. So the picture you use is not even of white women. I would venture to say only one of them is "white".
Anyways I also don't get this "white" thing. Why is a Greek person "white"? Is a Turkish person "white"? Is an Iranian "white"? Is a Berber person from North Africa "white"? Is an Italian "white"? Is a Jewish person "white"?
