I think a better approach than publishing every day is to set up a consistent number of posts you promise to yourself to write per month and stick to it. If you write more, then great. For me, that number is 2 articles per month. Sometimes, I write more. However, I try to never write less than 2 per month. In this way, you are consistent, but don't feel the pressure to keep churning stuff out. Most people who write an article a day, just put out crap.
