I wish all these political headlines didn't appear in my feed here on Medium. While I do enjoy writing a political piece from time to time, Medium has become a bit too extreme for my taste. I used to hang out on some self-improvement forums back in the day, and they slowly turned alt-right. All kinds of weird pro-Trump and pro-Putin stuff started appearing. This made me leave in disgust.

The same thing seems to be happening with Medium, but in the other direction. I wish there was a way to turn off all the political content from appearing on my feed. Some of it is so outrageous and clickbait, that I can't help but click on it. I know reading that stuff will make me mad, but for some reason I click on it anyways.
