I would actually argue that the 3 countries you list are "fake" rich. Macau is a Chinese province which has now become a sort of Disneyland for the Chinese, and much of its economy is clustered around casinos. Kuwait is a petrostate, the poverty might be officially 0, but I am pretty sure that that's only for citizens. That doesn't include the vast majority of "guest workers" and stateless people (the Bidun who don't even have access to many basic state services). Also Luxembourg, it's a place where people work, but after the workday is over the majority of those people return to where they actually live, that is France, Germany, or Belgium.
