On Elon Musk, I agree with you on the space exploration part. I think what he did with SpaceX is amazing, and the critics there are mistaken. However, with Twitter I think we might be seeing a case of hubris. Elon himself has peddled misinformation/disinformation, and some of his closest associates on the Twitter deal such as David Sacks are known hacks of disinformation and "alternative" worldviews. Of course part of that could be classified as opinion, albeit a very misguided one, but part of that is classic disinformation. Musk is good at engineering stuff, but fails in endeavors that require an understanding of the human touch. Hopefully he will auto-correct as he did with too much automation too fast with his Tesla factories, but at the moment I remain skeptical until I see some new developments.
