For the 28% of men having had no sex in the past year. I would venture to guess the percentage is even higher. There is of course the famous law of 3 from "American Pie". If a man says he had sex with 3 women, you have to divide the number by 3. If a women says she had sex with 3 men, you have to multiply that number by 3. :)
Plus it's also not just men with lower educations that don't have sex or marriage prospects. This is a huge problem for university educated men as well. Most of the guys I know (all in their 30s or 40s) are ultra educated with Master's degrees or above, above average earners, owners of their own homes, in good shape, and either with no partner or in very bad relationships. This is getting worse and worse as the internet is becoming the primary way to meet people for a date.
