When I first read about "beginner's mind" a few years ago, I immediately realized what I had done wrong in my younger days. When people tried to correct me, I always thought I knew better. Instead, in many of these cases I should have stopped to listen, learn, and change my ways. I guess you become wiser with age, and see how many opportunities you missed.
